The Hinsdale zoning code, originally published by Municipal Code Corporation, has been kept current by regular supplementation. In 2001, Sterling Codifiers began providing supplement service for the village zoning code.
The village zoning code of the village of Hinsdale, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including ordinance O2011-24, passed May 18, 2011. Ordinances of the village adopted after said ordinance supersede the provisions of this village zoning code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the village office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the zoning code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
