A. The parking of vehicles is prohibited on the streets listed in Sections 10.08.130 and 10.08.140 of this Chapter, in addition to the following streets, during the times and days as set forth in any snow removal proclamation issued by the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.08.160:

B. Police officers and other traffic-control personnel are authorized to issue parking violation notices for any vehicle found parked on the public right-of-way in violation of subsection A of this section. Fees for violations of subsection A of this section shall be the same as those set by city council resolution for parking in a yellow zone. (Ord. 2289 (part), 1989)
